Mixed by Arthur Rizk (Blood Incantation, Power Trip), the album balances oppressive weight with a heightened sense of atmosphere and scale. Guest guitar work from Marty Friedman appears on the closing track Witchmoon, adding a striking final flourish to a record rooted in WORM's self-defined "Nekromantic Black Doom".
