Consumable parts are excluded from the warranty, such as: print heads, capping stations, dampers, inks (such consumable parts are available as spare parts if needed).

Because this printer is ink based, it requires continual use. Lack of use for more than aday or two can cause the ink to clog and lead to longer maintenance cycles and possibleprint defects.DTF inks and film require a good humidity environment - over 50% humidity is highly recommended to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
