  • In March, Elton John celebrated his 70th birthday. It also marks the 50th anniversary of his collaboration with songwriter Bernie Taupin in 2017. Two good reasons to reissue some classics of the British singer and composer, on vinyl.
    "Don't Shoot Me I'm Only The Piano Player" is Elton John's sixth studio album. It was originally released on January 26, 1973.
    John had composed all the tracks for the album in just two days and finally recorded them at the Chteau d'Hrouville studio near Paris, including the singles "Crocodile Rock" and "Daniel".
